Instructions:

  1. Preheat your grill to medium heat.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the brown sugar, paprika, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, and salt.
  3. Remove the membrane on the back of the ribs and pat them dry with paper towels.
  4. Brush the ribs with olive oil on both sides.
  5. Rub the spice mixture onto the ribs, making sure to cover all parts evenly.
  6. Place the ribs on the grill and cook for 1 hour, flipping occasionally.
  7. Once the ribs are cooked through and the rub has formed a crust, remove them from the grill.
  8. Let the ribs rest for 5 minutes before serving.
