Dry Rub Ribs
Ingredients:
- 3 lbs pork ribs
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 tbsp paprika
- 1 tbsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp onion powder
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup olive oil
Instructions:
- Preheat your grill to medium heat.
- In a small bowl, mix together the brown sugar, paprika, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, and salt.
- Remove the membrane on the back of the ribs and pat them dry with paper towels.
- Brush the ribs with olive oil on both sides.
- Rub the spice mixture onto the ribs, making sure to cover all parts evenly.
- Place the ribs on the grill and cook for 1 hour, flipping occasionally.
- Once the ribs are cooked through and the rub has formed a crust, remove them from the grill.
- Let the ribs rest for 5 minutes before serving.
