Drunken Noodles

  1. In a large pot, bring water to a boil and cook rice noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a separate pan, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook until slightly browned.
  3. Add garlic, bell pepper, and onion to the pan. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
  4. In a small bowl, mix together the oyster sauce, soy sauce, fish sauce, sugar, and chili flakes.
  5. Pour the sauce over the chicken and vegetables, stirring to coat everything evenly.
  6. Add the cooked noodles to the pan and stir-fry until they are well coated with the sauce.
  7. Add Thai basil leaves and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.
  8. Serve hot and enjoy your delicious Drunken Noodles!
