Double Fudge Brownies
Ingredients:
- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a square baking pan with butter or cooking spray.
- In a saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Once melted, remove from heat and let cool for 5-10 minutes.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the sugar, cocoa powder, and vanilla extract. Stir in the melted butter until well combined.
- Add in the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Gradually add in the flour and salt, stirring until just combined. Be careful not to overmix the batter.
- Fold in the chocolate chips until evenly distributed throughout the batter.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Let the brownies cool in the pan for 10 minutes before removing them and letting them cool completely on a wire rack.
- Cut into squares and serve. Enjoy your delicious double fudge brownies!
