Dill Cream Sauce
Ingredients:
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Sprinkle the flour over the butter and garlic, stirring constantly until a smooth paste forms.
- Slowly pour in the heavy cream, stirring constantly to prevent lumps from forming.
- Reduce heat to low and simmer for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sauce thickens.
- Remove from heat and stir in the chopped dill. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
