Dill Cream Sauce

  1. In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Sprinkle the flour over the butter and garlic, stirring constantly until a smooth paste forms.
  4. Slowly pour in the heavy cream, stirring constantly to prevent lumps from forming.
  5. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sauce thickens.
  6. Remove from heat and stir in the chopped dill. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
