Dijon Vinaigrette

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together the Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, and honey.
  2. Slowly add in the olive oil, whisking continuously until the dressing is emulsified.
  3. Add in the minced garlic and season with salt and pepper, to taste.
  4. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to one week.
  5. Shake well before serving and drizzle over your favorite salad or use as a marinade for chicken or veggies.
