Dijon Vinaigrette
Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1 clove of garlic, minced
- 1 tsp honey
- salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
- In a small bowl, whisk together the Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, and honey.
- Slowly add in the olive oil, whisking continuously until the dressing is emulsified.
- Add in the minced garlic and season with salt and pepper, to taste.
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to one week.
- Shake well before serving and drizzle over your favorite salad or use as a marinade for chicken or veggies.
