Dijon Mustard Chicken
Ingredients:
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a small bowl, mix together the Dijon mustard, minced garlic, and honey until well combined.
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken breasts and cook for about 5 minutes on each side, until golden brown.
- Transfer the chicken to a baking dish and brush the Dijon mustard mixture over the top of each chicken breast.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the juices run clear.
- Serve hot and enjoy your delicious Dijon Mustard Chicken!
