Dijon Maple Glazed Salmon
Ingredients:
- 4 salmon fillets
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, mix together the Dijon mustard, maple syrup, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet and spoon the Dijon maple glaze over the top, ensuring the fillets are evenly coated.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
- Serve the salmon hot, garnished with fresh herbs and additional glaze, if desired.
