Deviled Eggs

Instructions:

  1. Place eggs in a saucepan and cover with water. Bring to a boil over high heat.
  2. Once boiling, remove the saucepan from heat and let the eggs sit for 12 minutes.
  3. Drain the hot water and immediately place the eggs in a bowl of ice cold water.
  4. Once cooled, peel the eggs and cut them in half lengthwise. Remove the yolks and place them in a separate bowl.
  5. Mix the mayonnaise, mustard, salt, and pepper with the egg yolks until smooth.
  6. Scoop or pipe the mixture back into the egg whites.
  7. Sprinkle with paprika for garnish.
  8. Chill in the refrigerator for at least one hour before serving.
