Deviled Crab
Ingredients:
- 1 pound lump crab meat
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 cup minced onion
- 1/4 cup finely chopped bell pepper
- 1/4 cup finely chopped celery
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions:
- In a large bowl, mix together crab meat, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, minced onion, bell pepper, and celery until well combined.
- Add breadcrumbs, salt, black pepper, and paprika to the mixture and mix until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
- Spoon the mixture into individual ramekins or a baking dish.
- Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top of the crab mixture.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 375 degrees for 20 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown and the mixture is heated through.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
