Detroit-Style Pizza

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 425 degrees F.
  2. Spread the pizza dough onto a greased 9x13 inch baking pan, making sure to also grease the sides of the pan.
  3. Drizzle olive oil over the pizza dough and spread it evenly over the surface.
  4. In a small bowl, mix together the dried oregano and garlic powder.
  5. Sprinkle the oregano and garlic mixture over the pizza dough.
  6. Next, add a layer of pizza sauce over the dough, using a spoon to spread it evenly.
  7. Evenly spread the shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce, making sure to cover all areas.
  8. In a separate bowl, mix together the minced onions, green peppers, black olives, and mushrooms.
  9. Spread the vegetable mixture over the layer of cheese.
  10. Add the diced pepperoni on top of the vegetables.
  11. Sprinkle the grated parmesan cheese over the top.
  12. Bake the pizza for 20-25 minutes
