Death by Chocolate

Instructions:

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the melted butter, sugar, and oil until well combined.
  3. Add in eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  4. Stir in vanilla extract.
  5. Slowly pour the wet mixture into the dry mixture, stirring until combined.
  6. Mix in the chocolate chunks, white chocolate chips, and chopped nuts, reserving some of each for topping later.
  7. Pour the batter into a greased 8x8 inch baking pan and spread it evenly.
  8. Bake at 350°F for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  9. Let cool for 10 minutes before slicing into squares.
  10. Drizzle with chocolate sauce and sprinkle with reserved chocolate chunks
