Date Shake Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 cup milk
- 6 pitted dates
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 scoop of vanilla ice cream
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup ice cubes
- whipped cream (optional)
Instructions:
- In a blender, combine the milk, pitted dates, banana, ice cream, cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla extract, and ice cubes.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Pour into a tall glass.
- If desired, top with whipped cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon.
- Serve and enjoy your delicious date shake!
