  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease and flour a 9x13 inch baking pan.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In a separate mixing bowl, beat eggs, milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  4. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
  5. Stir in the boiling water until batter is smooth. Fold in the dark chocolate chunks.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
  7. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  8. Let the cake cool in the pan for 10 minutes before removing it to a wire rack to cool completely.
