Dandelion Green Salad
Ingredients:
- 4 cups dandelion greens, washed and chopped
- 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1/4 cup sliced almonds
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinaigrette dressing
Instructions:
- In a large bowl, combine the dandelion greens, red onion, cherry tomatoes, feta cheese, and sliced almonds.
- Add the balsamic vinaigrette dressing and toss to evenly coat all of the ingredients.
- Serve immediately and enjoy your delicious and nutritious dandelion green salad!
