  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.

  3. Add the vegetable broth, cashew milk, nutritional yeast, dijon mustard, turmeric, salt, and pepper to the pan with the onions. Stir until well combined and bring to a simmer.
  4. Let the mixture cook for about 5 minutes, or until it starts to thicken.
  5. Add the cooked pasta to the pan and stir until the pasta is coated in the creamy sauce.
  6. If desired, top with bread crumbs for a crispy topping.
