Crab Cakes

  1. In a large bowl, combine the crab meat, bread crumbs, mayonnaise, egg, Worcestershire sauce, Old Bay seasoning, parsley, red bell pepper, and green onions. Mix well.
  2. Form the mixture into small patties, about 2 inches in diameter.
  3. In a large skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
  4. Carefully add the crab cakes and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side, until golden brown.
  5. Remove from skillet and place on a paper towel-lined plate to absorb excess oil.
  6. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce or on a sandwich.
