Corn on the Cob

Ingredients:

Instructions:

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Peel back husks of corn, leaving them attached at the base of the ear.
  3. Remove silk from corn and pull husks back up to cover the corn.
  4. In a small bowl, mix together melted butter, salt, and pepper.
  5. Place corn on grill and cook for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally.
  6. Remove corn from grill and carefully peel back husks.
  7. Brush corn with butter mixture and return to grill for additional 5 minutes.
  8. Remove from grill and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
