Corn on the Cob
Ingredients:
- 4 ears of corn
- 1/4 cup of butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
Instructions:
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- Peel back husks of corn, leaving them attached at the base of the ear.
- Remove silk from corn and pull husks back up to cover the corn.
- In a small bowl, mix together melted butter, salt, and pepper.
- Place corn on grill and cook for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally.
- Remove corn from grill and carefully peel back husks.
- Brush corn with butter mixture and return to grill for additional 5 minutes.
- Remove from grill and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
