Conch Fritters
Ingredients:
    - 1 pound conch meat, diced
 
    - 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
 
    - 1/4 cup cornmeal
 
    - 1/4 cup chopped bell pepper
 
    - 1/4 cup chopped onion
 
    - 1/4 cup chopped celery
 
    - 2 cloves garlic, minced
 
    - 1 teaspoon baking powder
 
    - 1/2 teaspoon salt
 
    - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
 
    - 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
 
    - 1 egg, beaten
 
    - 1/4 cup milk
 
    - Vegetable oil for frying
 
Instructions:
    - In a large mixing bowl, combine diced conch meat, flour, cornmeal, bell pepper, onion, celery, garlic, baking powder, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper.
 
    - In a separate small bowl, beat egg and milk together. Pour into the conch mixture and stir until well combined.
 
    - In a deep frying pan, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
 
    - Drop spoonfuls of the conch mixture into the hot oil, making sure not to overcrowd the pan.
 
    - Cook for about 5 minutes, flipping the fritters halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
 
    - Remove fritters from oil and place on paper towels to drain excess oil.
 
    - Serve hot with a side of your favorite dipping sauce. Enjoy your delicious conch fritters!
