Chopped Salad
Ingredients:
- 1 head of romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1 cucumber, diced
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1/4 cup kalamata olives, pitted and chopped
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh herbs (such as parsley, basil, or dill)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Dressing of your choice
Instructions:
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped romaine lettuce, cucumber, bell pepper, red onion, cherry tomatoes,
feta cheese, olives, and fresh herbs.
- Toss everything together until well combined.
- Season the salad with salt and pepper to taste.
- If you are using a creamy dressing, add it to the salad and toss until evenly coated. For vinaigrette dressings,
serve them on the side and let people dress their salads individually.
- Serve immediately and enjoy your delicious chopped salad!
