Chili Con Carne
Ingredients:
- 2 pounds ground beef
- 1 large onion, diced
- 1 green bell pepper, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 (14.5 ounce) cans diced tomatoes
- 1 (6 ounce) can tomato paste
- 1 (15 ounce) can kidney beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 (15 ounce) can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 (15.25 ounce) can corn, drained
- 2 tablespoons chili powder
- 1 tablespoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- In a large pot, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned, about 5 minutes.
- Add in diced onion, green pepper, and garlic. Cook for an additional 5 minutes.
- Stir in diced tomatoes, tomato paste, kidney beans, black beans, corn, chili powder, cumin, paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper.
- Bring chili to a boil, then reduce heat and let simmer for 30 minutes.
- Serve hot and enjoy your delicious chili con carne!
