  1. Mix together the yogurt, lemon juice, minced garlic, grated ginger, cayenne pepper, garam masala, cumin, coriander, turmeric, paprika, and salt in a large bowl.
  2. Add the chicken pieces to the marinade and coat well. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight for best results.
  3. When ready to cook, preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  4. Place the marinated chicken pieces on a baking sheet lined with foil. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the chicken is fully cooked and slightly crispy on the outside.
  5. Optional step: For a more authentic tandoori flavor, you can grill the chicken instead of baking it. Preheat a grill to medium-high heat and grill the chicken for 5-6 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
  6. Garnish with chopped cilantro before serving.
