Chicken Tacos
Ingredients:
- 1 lb chicken breast, diced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 1 clove of garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 8 corn tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup salsa
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 avocado, diced
- Fresh cilantro, chopped
Instructions:
- Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
- Add chicken, onion, bell pepper, garlic, chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt and pepper to the pan. Cook for 8-10 minutes, until chicken is fully cooked.
- Warm the tortillas in a separate pan or in the microwave.
- Assemble the tacos by placing the chicken mixture onto the tortillas. Top with cheddar cheese, salsa, sour cream, avocado, and cilantro. Fold the tortillas in half.
- Optional: You can also add other toppings such as lettuce, tomatoes, and hot sauce.
- Serve and enjoy your delicious chicken tacos!
