Chicken Stir Fry

  1. In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, honey, cornstarch, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Set aside.
  2. In a large pan or wok, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
  3. Add chicken strips and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-6 minutes. Remove from pan and set aside.
  4. In the same pan, add the onion, bell pepper, mushrooms, and garlic. Stir fry until vegetables are tender, about 3-4 minutes.
  5. Return the chicken to the pan and pour in the soy sauce mixture. Stir and cook until sauce thickens, about 2-3 minutes.
  6. Serve hot over rice or noodles.
