Chicken Satay

  1. Cut chicken into thin strips and place in a large bowl.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, brown sugar, lime juice, vegetable oil, garlic, ginger, coriander, turmeric, and cayenne pepper.
  3. Pour the marinade over the chicken and mix well to coat all of the pieces. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or overnight.
  4. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  5. Thread marinated chicken onto the skewers.
  6. Grill chicken skewers for 4-5 minutes on each side, until cooked through and slightly charred.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy your delicious chicken satay!
