Chicken Salad

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the chicken, celery, red onion, grapes, pecans, and dried cranberries.
  2. In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, honey, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pour the dressing over the chicken mixture and stir until all ingredients are evenly coated.
  4. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to marinate.
  5. Serve the chicken salad on a bed of lettuce or in a sandwich.
