Chicken Florentine
Ingredients:
    - 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
 
    - 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
 
    - 1 tsp salt
 
    - 1/2 tsp pepper
 
    - 4 tbsp butter
 
    - 2 cloves garlic, minced
 
    - 1 cup chicken broth
 
    - 1/2 cup heavy cream
 
    - 4 cups fresh spinach, chopped
 
    - 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
 
Instructions:
    - In a shallow dish, mix together flour, salt, and pepper.
 
    - Coat chicken breasts in the flour mixture.
 
    - In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute.
 
    - Add chicken breasts to the skillet and cook for 5-6 minutes on each side, until golden brown.
 
    - Remove chicken from skillet and keep warm.
 
    - Add chicken broth to the skillet and bring to a simmer.
 
    - Add heavy cream and simmer for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
 
    - Stir in chopped spinach and cook until wilted.
 
    - Place chicken back into the skillet and top with parmesan cheese.
 
    - Cover and cook for an additional 5-7 minutes, until chicken is fully cooked and cheese is melted.
 
    - Serve hot and enjoy your delicious Chicken Florentine!
