Chicken Florentine

  1. In a shallow dish, mix together flour, salt, and pepper.
  2. Coat chicken breasts in the flour mixture.
  3. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute.
  4. Add chicken breasts to the skillet and cook for 5-6 minutes on each side, until golden brown.
  5. Remove chicken from skillet and keep warm.
  6. Add chicken broth to the skillet and bring to a simmer.
  7. Add heavy cream and simmer for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  8. Stir in chopped spinach and cook until wilted.
  9. Place chicken back into the skillet and top with parmesan cheese.
  10. Cover and cook for an additional 5-7 minutes, until chicken is fully cooked and cheese is melted.
  11. Serve hot and enjoy your delicious Chicken Florentine!
