Chicken Fajitas

  1. In a bowl, mix together the chili powder, cumin, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Add the chicken strips to the bowl and coat with the seasoning mixture.
  3. In a large pan, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
  4. Add the chicken strips to the pan and cook until they are browned and cooked through, about 5-6 minutes.
  5. Remove the chicken from the pan and set aside.
  6. In the same pan, add the sliced onion and bell pepper. Cook until they are softened, about 3-4 minutes.
  7. Place the chicken back into the pan with the onions and peppers and mix together.
  8. Warm the tortillas in the pan or in the microwave.
  9. Serve the chicken and vegetable mixture on top of the warm tortillas.
  10. Optional: Serve with toppings such as salsa, guacamole, sour cream, and shredded cheese.
