Chicken Enchiladas

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine chicken, 1/2 cup of the shredded cheese, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, salsa, green chilies, and cilantro.
  3. Place a spoonful of the chicken mixture onto each tortilla and roll tightly. Place the tortillas seam-side down in a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  4. Pour remaining chicken mixture over the enchiladas and top with the remaining 1/2 cup of shredded cheese.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. Serve hot and enjoy your delicious Chicken Enchiladas!
