Chicken Alfredo
Ingredients:
- 1 lb chicken breast, cut into thin strips
- 1 lb fettuccine pasta
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions:
- In a large pot, cook fettuccine according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
- In a separate pan, heat butter over medium heat. Add in minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Add chicken strips to the pan and cook until no longer pink, about 5-6 minutes.
- Pour heavy cream over chicken and bring to a simmer.
- Add in parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper. Stir until cheese is melted and well combined.
- Add cooked fettuccine to the pan and toss until noodles are coated in the alfredo sauce.
- Serve hot and enjoy your delicious homemade chicken alfredo!
