Cheese Dip
    Ingredients:
    
        - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
 
        - 1/4 cup milk
 
        - 1/4 cup cream cheese
 
        - 1/4 cup sour cream
 
        - 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
 
        - 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
 
        - 1/4 teaspoon paprika
 
        - Salt and pepper to taste
 
        - Optional toppings: diced tomatoes, green onions, jalapenos
 
    
    Instructions:
    
        - In a small saucepan, combine the shredded cheddar cheese, milk, cream cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika over medium-low heat. Stir constantly until the cheese is melted and the mixture is smooth.
 
        - If the dip is too thick, add a splash of milk to achieve desired consistency.
 
        - Season with salt and pepper to taste.
 
        - Transfer the cheese dip to a serving bowl. Top with diced tomatoes, green onions, and jalapenos, if desired.
 
        - Serve warm with tortilla chips or vegetables for dipping.
