Ceviche

  1. Cut the fish into small, bite-sized pieces and place in a large mixing bowl.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the lime juice, lemon juice, and orange juice.
  3. Pour the juice mixture over the fish and stir to combine. Make sure all the fish is coated in the juice.
  4. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and place in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
  5. After the fish has marinated, add in the red onion, tomatoes, cilantro, jalapeno, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.
  6. Transfer the ceviche to a serving dish and top with diced avocado.
  7. Serve with tortilla chips and enjoy your fresh and delicious ceviche!
