Buffalo Wings

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a small bowl, mix together flour, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix together hot sauce, melted butter, cayenne pepper, Worcestershire sauce, paprika, and onion powder.
  4. Coat chicken wings in the flour mixture and place on a baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes, then turn wings over and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
  6. Remove wings from oven and toss in the hot sauce mixture.
  7. Place wings back on baking sheet and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes.
  8. Serve hot with ranch or blue cheese dressing.
