Buffalo Wings
Ingredients:
- 1 pound chicken wings
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 cup hot sauce
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/4 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a small bowl, mix together flour, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.
- In a separate bowl, mix together hot sauce, melted butter, cayenne pepper, Worcestershire sauce, paprika, and onion powder.
- Coat chicken wings in the flour mixture and place on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 20 minutes, then turn wings over and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
- Remove wings from oven and toss in the hot sauce mixture.
- Place wings back on baking sheet and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes.
- Serve hot with ranch or blue cheese dressing.
