Buffalo Chicken Wings

  1. In a small saucepan, combine hot sauce, butter, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Cook over low heat until butter is melted and mixture is well combined. Set aside.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix together flour and salt. Dredge chicken wings in flour mixture, making sure to coat evenly.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a deep pan or fryer to 375 degrees F. Carefully add chicken wings to hot oil and fry for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown and fully cooked.
  4. Using tongs, remove chicken wings from oil and place on a paper towel lined plate to drain excess oil.
  5. In a large mixing bowl, toss hot chicken wings with the prepared hot sauce mixture until well coated.
  6. Serve hot with blue cheese dressing and celery sticks on the side.
