Buffalo Chicken Dip
Ingredients:
- 1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1/2 cup hot sauce
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
- Tortilla chips or celery sticks for serving
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F.
- Cook the chicken breasts until fully cooked and shred with a fork.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, ranch dressing, and hot sauce. Mix until well combined.
- Add in the shredded chicken and mix until evenly coated with the sauce.
- Spoon the mixture into a baking dish and top with shredded cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 20 minutes, or until hot and bubbly.
- Sprinkle the crumbled blue cheese on top and return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes.
- Serve hot with tortilla chips or celery sticks for dipping. Enjoy!
