Buffalo Cauliflower

  1. Preheat your oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C). Lightly grease a baking sheet with olive oil.
  2. Cut cauliflower into bite-sized florets and set aside.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, milk, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika until smooth.
  4. Add the cauliflower florets to the bowl and toss to coat evenly with the flour mixture.
  5. Place coated cauliflower onto the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  6. In a small bowl, mix together hot sauce and melted butter.
  7. Remove cauliflower from the oven and brush each floret with the hot sauce mixture.
  8. Return cauliflower to the oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
  9. Remove from oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy your delicious buffalo cauliflower!
