Buffalo Cauliflower
Ingredients:
- 1 head of cauliflower
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 cup hot sauce
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C). Lightly grease a baking sheet with olive oil.
- Cut cauliflower into bite-sized florets and set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, milk, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika until smooth.
- Add the cauliflower florets to the bowl and toss to coat evenly with the flour mixture.
- Place coated cauliflower onto the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- In a small bowl, mix together hot sauce and melted butter.
- Remove cauliflower from the oven and brush each floret with the hot sauce mixture.
- Return cauliflower to the oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
- Remove from oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy your delicious buffalo cauliflower!
