Bubble Tea Recipe
Bubble Tea
Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup tapioca pearls
- 1/2 cup black tea
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1/2 cup ice
Instructions:
- In a medium pot, bring 2 cups of water to a boil. Add tapioca pearls and cook for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Remove from heat and let sit for 5 minutes. Drain and rinse with cold water.
- Brew black tea according to package instructions. Let cool.
- In a shaker or blender, combine cooked tapioca pearls, black tea, milk, sugar, and ice. Shake or blend until well mixed.
- Pour into a cup and top with extra tapioca pearls, if desired. Serve with a large straw and enjoy!
