Broccoli Casserole

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cut the broccoli into small florets and steam for 5-7 minutes or until slightly tender.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the steamed broccoli, chopped onion, minced garlic, cooked rice, and shredded cheddar cheese.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix together the cream of mushroom soup, milk, salt, and pepper.
  5. Pour the soup mixture over the broccoli and rice mixture and stir until well combined.
  6. Transfer the mixture to a greased 9x13 inch casserole dish.
  7. In a small bowl, combine the breadcrumbs and melted butter. Sprinkle the breadcrumb mixture over the casserole.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes or until the casserole is heated through and the breadcrumbs are golden brown.
  9. Serve hot and enjoy!
