Blue Cheese Dressing
Ingredients:
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
- 1 tbsp white wine vinegar
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, and blue cheese.
- Add in white wine vinegar, Dijon mustard, and garlic powder. Mix well.
- Season with salt and pepper, and mix until well combined.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow flavors to blend.
- Serve as a dip for vegetables or as a dressing for salads.
