Biscuit Pot Pie
Ingredients:
- 2 cups cooked chicken, diced
- 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tube refrigerated biscuits
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F.
- In a large bowl, mix together the cooked chicken, mixed vegetables, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, thyme, parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Spoon the mixture into a 9x13 inch baking dish.
- Place the biscuits on top of the mixture, evenly spaced apart.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown and the filling is bubbly.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
