Beef Tacos

  1. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned, breaking it up with a wooden spoon as it cooks.
  2. Add in the onion, red bell pepper, and garlic to the skillet. Cook for 2-3 minutes, until vegetables are tender.
  3. Stir in the chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.
  4. Pour in the water and let it simmer for 5 minutes, until the liquid has reduced.
  5. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  6. Place the taco shells on a baking sheet and bake for 5 minutes.
  7. Remove the shells from the oven and fill each one with the beef mixture.
  8. Sprinkle the cheese on top of the beef filling.
  9. Place the filled tacos back in the oven and bake for another 5-7 minutes, until the cheese is melted and tacos are heated through.
  10. Serve the tacos with desired toppings, such as diced tomatoes, shredded lettuce
