Beef Stroganoff

Instructions:

  1. In a large skillet, cook the beef over medium-high heat until browned. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
  2. In the same skillet, sauté the onions and mushrooms until tender.
  3. Add the garlic and cook until fragrant.
  4. Pour in the beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, and Dijon mustard. Stir to combine.
  5. Bring to a simmer and add the beef back to the skillet. Let cook for 10 minutes.
  6. Reduce the heat to low and stir in the sour cream. Cook for an additional 5 minutes.
  7. Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
  8. Serve the beef stroganoff over cooked egg noodles.
  9. Garnish with fresh parsley and enjoy!
