Beef Stroganoff
Ingredients:
- 1 pound beef, cut into thin strips
- 1 onion, diced
- 8 ounces mushrooms, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 12 ounces cooked egg noodles
- Fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions:
- In a large skillet, cook the beef over medium-high heat until browned. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, sauté the onions and mushrooms until tender.
- Add the garlic and cook until fragrant.
- Pour in the beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, and Dijon mustard. Stir to combine.
- Bring to a simmer and add the beef back to the skillet. Let cook for 10 minutes.
- Reduce the heat to low and stir in the sour cream. Cook for an additional 5 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
- Serve the beef stroganoff over cooked egg noodles.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and enjoy!
