Beef Stew

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add in the beef and cook until browned on all sides, about 5 minutes.
  3. Remove the beef from the pot and set aside.
  4. In the same pot, add in the onion and garlic. Cook until softened, about 2 minutes.
  5. Add in the potatoes and carrots. Cook for another 5 minutes.
  6. Return the beef to the pot and stir to combine.
  7. Pour in the beef broth and diced tomatoes. Stir in the Worcestershire sauce, thyme, and rosemary.
  8. Bring the stew to a simmer, then reduce the heat to low and cover the pot.
  9. Let the stew cook for 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
  10. Taste and add salt and pepper as needed.
  11. Serve hot and enjoy your delicious beef stew!
