Bean Burritos

  1. In a pan, sauté the onion, bell pepper, and garlic until softened.
  2. Add the black beans, cumin, chili powder, and water to the pan. Cook for about 5 minutes until the beans are heated through and the water is mostly evaporated.
  3. Warm up the tortillas in a separate pan or in the microwave. Place a handful of shredded cheese on one side of the tortilla.
  4. Spoon the bean mixture onto the cheese and fold the tortilla over to create a burrito.
  5. Repeat for the remaining tortillas.
  6. Optional: Heat the burritos on a pan or in the microwave for a few minutes until the cheese is melted.
  7. Add desired toppings, such as salsa, avocado, or sour cream.
  8. Serve and enjoy your delicious bean burritos!
