BBQ Ribs
Ingredients:
- 3 lbs pork ribs
- 1 cup BBQ sauce
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
- In a bowl, mix together the BBQ sauce, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, garlic, paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Place the ribs in a large dish and pour the marinade over them. Make sure the ribs are fully coated.
- Cover the dish with plastic wrap and let the ribs marinate in the fridge for at least 2 hours, or overnight.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Remove the ribs from the marinade and place them on the grill. Reserve the marinade for basting.
- Cook the ribs for about 15 minutes on each side, basting with the marinade every few minutes.
- Once the ribs are fully cooked and have reached your desired doneness, remove them from the grill and let them rest for 5 minutes.
- Serve the ribs with additional BBQ sauce on the side. Enjoy!
