BBQ Chicken
Ingredients:
- 1 whole chicken (4-5 pounds)
- 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions:
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (around 375°F).
- In a small bowl, mix together the BBQ sauce, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Prepare the chicken by removing any excess fat and patting it dry with paper towels.
- Place the chicken on the grill, skin side down, and cook for about 15 minutes.
- Flip the chicken over and brush the BBQ sauce mixture over the chicken using a basting brush.
- Cook for another 15 minutes and then baste the chicken again with the sauce.
- Continue cooking the chicken, flipping and basting every 10-15 minutes, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for 5-10 minutes before serving.
