BBQ Chicken

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (around 375°F).
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the BBQ sauce, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Prepare the chicken by removing any excess fat and patting it dry with paper towels.
  4. Place the chicken on the grill, skin side down, and cook for about 15 minutes.
  5. Flip the chicken over and brush the BBQ sauce mixture over the chicken using a basting brush.
  6. Cook for another 15 minutes and then baste the chicken again with the sauce.
  7. Continue cooking the chicken, flipping and basting every 10-15 minutes, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  8. Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for 5-10 minutes before serving.
