Baked Salmon
Ingredients:
- 1 lb salmon fillet
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 lemon, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Fresh herbs of your choice, such as dill or parsley
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Place the salmon fillet in a baking dish and drizzle with olive oil.
- Sprinkle salt and pepper on top of the salmon.
- Add the sliced lemon on top of the fillet and around the sides.
- Gently place the minced garlic on and around the salmon.
- Add the fresh herbs on top of the salmon.
- Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for 20 minutes.
- After 20 minutes, remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-12 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
- Serve hot and enjoy your delicious Baked Salmon!
