Baked Cod

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the lemon juice, olive oil, minced garlic, dried oregano, dried thyme, and salt and pepper.
  3. Place the cod fillets in a baking dish. Pour the lemon mixture over the fish, making sure each fillet is coated evenly.
  4. Place lemon slices on top of the fish for added flavor.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the fish is flaky and cooked through.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
