Bacon-Wrapped Shrimp

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the brown sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Take one slice of bacon and sprinkle the sugar mixture on one side.
  4. Wrap the coated bacon slice around one shrimp, securing with a toothpick.
  5. Place the shrimp on a baking sheet lined with foil or a wire rack.
  6. Repeat with remaining shrimp and bacon slices.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the bacon is crispy and the shrimp is cooked through.
  8. Remove from oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
