Bacon-Wrapped Dates

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Pit and slice each date down one side so it can be opened to remove the pit.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together the goat cheese, honey, salt, pepper, and chopped rosemary until well combined.
  4. Stuff each date with about a teaspoon of the goat cheese mixture.
  5. Wrap each date with half a slice of bacon, securing it closed with a toothpick.
  6. Place the wrapped dates on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Bake for 15-18 minutes, or until the bacon is crispy.
  8. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
