Artichoke Dip
Ingredients:
- 1 (14 oz) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Tortilla chips or crackers for serving
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine chopped artichokes, mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, minced garlic, green onions, oregano, and thyme. Mix well.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste. Spread the mixture into an 8x8 inch baking dish.
- Bake for 20 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and bubbly.
- Serve with tortilla chips or crackers for dipping.
