Artichoke Dip

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  2. In a medium mixing bowl, combine chopped artichokes, mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, minced garlic, green onions, oregano, and thyme. Mix well.
  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Spread the mixture into an 8x8 inch baking dish.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and bubbly.
  5. Serve with tortilla chips or crackers for dipping.
